Ausmo offers FREE SHIPPING locally, on all orders. Customers usually receive their orders within 2-5 business days (in case of promotional purchase this may extend to 7 working days due to higher order commitments). If you have any questions about the expected delivery period for your address, please contact customer support team.

We currently do not ship orders outside India.

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use that tracking number to track your order by going on the shipping company’s website. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order that you have placed.


If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Ausmo’s customer support team immediately.

You can also email your order information and images of the product. A replacement will be done immediately and you can be rest assured about genuine help from support representatives.
